A worked example
Take someone born on 14 March, asking about August 8, 2026.
Add the birth month and birth day to the date: 3 + 14 + 2026 + 8 + 8 = 2059.
Then reduce: 2059 → 16 → 7. Their personal day number is 7.
Someone born in a different month, standing on exactly the same date, lands somewhere else. That is the whole point of the personal day: it describes how a shared date tends to sit with one particular person.

Common questions
How is a personal day number calculated?
Add your birth month and birth day to the year, month and day you are asking about. Reduce the total by adding its digits together until one digit is left, keeping 11, 22, 28 or 33 if you land on one exactly. That figure is your personal day number.
What is the difference between a personal day and a universal day?
The universal day number comes from the date alone, so everybody shares it. A personal day number folds your birthday into that same date, so two people born in different months are usually on different personal days even though the universal day is identical.
Why do you not ask for my birth year?
Because the calculation does not use it. A personal day number needs only your birth month and birth day. Asking for a year would collect a full date of birth for no reason, so this calculator does not, and it stores nothing at all.
Is my birthday sent anywhere?
No. The whole calculation runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server, saved to an account, or written to storage, and there is no account system on this site to attach it to in the first place.
Which number matters more, personal or universal?
They describe different things rather than competing. The universal day sets the general tone of the date for everyone, and the personal day describes how that date tends to sit with you specifically. Reading them together gives more than either one alone.
